EOS Footwear is a Melbourne, Australia based company and ships internationally.

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped entirely once the pre-order item arrives.

Within Australia    

  • Free shipping for all orders over $100AUD
  • Flat rate $10AUD for orders under $100AUD      
  • Express Shipping $15AUD         

EOS Footwear uses Australia Post for all deliveries to online customers, we aim to have your order dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of your order. Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $100AUD. For orders under $100AUD, a flat rate of $10AUD per order will apply. This charge is inclusive of GST and will be added to the purchase price at check-out. In addition, an Express shipping service is available for orders within Australia for $15AUD. These orders will be sent with Australian Post's Service. 

New Zealand

  • Free shipping for all orders over $100AUD
  • Flat rate $15AUD for orders under $100AUD

Goods mailed into NZ may be subject to import duty. Import duties are calculated on the Customs value of the goods in New Zealand dollars. The goods may also be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%, based on the Customs value of the goods, and including the duty (if any) and postal/courier charges. Please be aware that if two or more packages arrive for you at the same time, Customs may combine them as one import for the calculation of duty. If your goods are valued at $1000NZD or more, you will need a client code.All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes.

For all international orders

The customer is responsible for custom or import duties taxes. EOS Footwear is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to EOS Footwear, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

USA & Canada

We currently do not ship to the USA & Canada

Europe

UK & Ireland - Flat rate shipping fee of $25AUD

Zone 1 -  Flat rate shipping fee of $30AUD
We deliver to Andorra, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Zone 2 - Flat rate shipping fee of $35AUD
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Portugal, Ukraine, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic.

Asia

Zone 1 - Flat rate shipping fee $20AUD
China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia.

Zone 2 - Flat rate shipping fee $25AUD
Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Macau, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka.

Rest of The World

Flat rate shipping fee $35AUD
We deliver to South Africa, Turkey, Brazil.

Delivery

All orders placed after 1pm (AEST) time will be processed the next business day. Orders received on a weekend, or a public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order contained faulty items. For more information, please see our Returns policy.

In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we aim to notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Tracking

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. You will also receive a tracking number and link from our courier to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

Changing Your Order

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. If you need to amend your order you, please contact info@eosfootwear.com as soon as possible.
