Order
Log into the email account supplied at the time of placing your order and you will see an email from EOS Footwear. This email will let you know that we have received your order and that it is being prepared for dispatch. It will contain the date of your order, shoes purchased and order number for your reference. Please note it may take 5 minutes for this email to reach your inbox.
Upon confirmation, your order will require several days to reach you. Tracking of your parcel can be done through your EOS Footwear account or with the tracking number provided in the EOS email. Monitor its progress as it heads your way.

Once the return is received, an email will be sent to notify you. Refunds or exchanges will be arranged promptly, within 10 days of goods receipt.

All styles on eosfootwear.com are shown in European sizes. Our size chart can be found on each of our product pages or you can download our size chart here. Please note sizing charts are an indication only and sizing may vary from style to style.
Unfortunately, there is no universally accepted sizing, so the most accurate way to find your European size is by measuring your foot.
EOS Footwear focuses on simplicity and clarity. Images strive to accurately showcase the shoes, minimising surprises upon delivery. Online color choices closely resemble the actual shoes, though slight variations may be observed due to monitor or browser settings.
Just like your favourite leather jacket, our shoes are designed and made to age effortlessly, wear after wear, requiring little attention.

Yes, you can! Go to the product you wish to purchase, click the 'get notify' button for an out-of-stock size or colourway. Once you sign up, you will be notified once the product has become available.
Occasionally we adjust the pricing on items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, therefore we are not able to provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you’ve purchased them.

RETURNS
