At EOS Footwear, we strive to offer top-quality products and excellent customer service. We recognise the challenges of buying shoes online and strive to simplify the process for our customers.
Before lodging a return, please make sure your return complies with our returns policy.
- All customers are eligible for returns made within 14 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required - Order ID Number (located in your initial order confirmation via email)
- Items are to be unworn and in original condition. We recommend that you try the shoes on carpet to retain the condition of the sole. We will not accept shoes returned with any sole markings or scratches. The item will be returned to you if it is not in acceptable condition.
- Shoes and their box must be in original packaging and protected. If the box is returned with tape, writing, or a return label on it, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit/refund or invoiced for exchanges. Customers have 3 business days to pay the invoice; if unpaid, the exchange will be voided and a store credit issued.
- Postage charges are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your return, the item will be quality assessed. If successful your Refund, Exchange Request, or Credit Note will be issued.

Please note that items purchased in our sale events ie: Selected Style promotions, Buy 1, Get 50% Off or Sitewide sales are considered sale items and are only eligible for exchange or credit note.
Refunds and store credits will incur a $10 return postage fee (Australia) $15 (New Zealand) that will be deducted. Postage charges on returns are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, the item will be quality assessed. If successful your Refund, Exchange Request, or Credit Note will be issued.
- All customers are eligible for ONE FREE exchange made within 14 days of purchase.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same style in a different size or color. Once your exchange request is approved, the new item will be held for you. After we receive and approve the returned item, we will ship the exchange item to you at no extra postage cost.
MULTIPLE EXCHANGES
EOS allows one exchange for a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange for a different style, or if the requested size or colour is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and approved by quality control your store credit will be issued, customers will receive an email with a code to use at checkout on the next order.
Refund
Once your return is received and approved by quality control your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed via your original payment method.
We have but one obsession: to provide you with the most immaculate pair of shoes! If you find a slight defect despite our quality checks, please reach out to our Customer Service at care@eosfootwear.com.
Make sure to include a picture of the item and the defect, as this will help us assist you quickly. Please wait for our response before sending your item back.
We do not offer exchanges, refunds or store credits for FINAL SALE. Click here for the list of FINAL SALE items.

To get the return process started, please go to our return portal and follow these steps:
- Enter your order number and email then click on "Find my Order"
- Choose the item you wish to return & provide a return reason
- Choose from the options (how to resolve)
We will review your request and send you a return label.
For customers outside Australia and New Zealand, please send the unworn item/s along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER ID NUMBER to the address below:
