100% ANILINE TOP-GRAIN CALF

TUSCANY

Nabuk is 100% aniline, top grain leather otherwise known as Nubuck. It is tanned in a Leather Working Group (LWG) certified tannery in the Santa Croce area, Tuscany. Finely sanded on the grain side, (think the outside layer), Nabuk has both an open-pore structure and a fine fibre (nap). The permeability our Nabuk allows it to absorb rich, vibrant and saturated colours in tannage; while its fine surface is beautifully warm, soft and velvety in texture.

LEATHER CARE

Nubuck is an open-pore leather and does need a bit of extra love. While all EOS footwear is finished with a water/soil resistant treatment which helps protects the leather, we do recommend you spray with a Nubuck protector every 5-7 wears. Clean when dry with a gentle but firm brush to remove dust, then spray with Nubuck cleaner before wiping with a soft, clean, dry cloth. If your EOS footwear gets wet, let the leather dry slowly in an ambient temperature.
