CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (E-Commerce | Footwear)

We are looking for a customer service representative for our growing online business.

Responsibilities

  • Responding & resolving customer services enquiries via email, social media & phone
  • Reporting on volume and types of enquiries with the aim of continually improving our customer’s experience and our internal processes
  • Monitoring customer feedback & sharing insights with our product and marketing teams
  • Providing customer support on order status, billing & other problem solving
  • Sharing of product knowledge to advise customers of the best products for their needs
  • Processing of customer returns & exchanges
  • Providing input on our customer messaging across all channels
  • Proactively sharing and implementing initiatives to elevate our customer experience

Preferred Skills, Experience & Knowledge

  • You are a good operator who pays attention to detail while getting things done
  • You have experience in a customer service environment (retail, customer service, etc)
  • Ideally, you have some E-Commerce experience (eg Shopify platform)
  • You are friendly, positive and have professional telephone manners
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are skilled when it comes to solving problems and resolving disputes
