CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (E-Commerce | Footwear)
We are looking for a customer service representative for our growing online business.
Responsibilities
- Responding & resolving customer services enquiries via email, social media & phone
- Reporting on volume and types of enquiries with the aim of continually improving our customer’s experience and our internal processes
- Monitoring customer feedback & sharing insights with our product and marketing teams
- Providing customer support on order status, billing & other problem solving
- Sharing of product knowledge to advise customers of the best products for their needs
- Processing of customer returns & exchanges
- Providing input on our customer messaging across all channels
- Proactively sharing and implementing initiatives to elevate our customer experience
Preferred Skills, Experience & Knowledge
- You are a good operator who pays attention to detail while getting things done
- You have experience in a customer service environment (retail, customer service, etc)
- Ideally, you have some E-Commerce experience (eg Shopify platform)
- You are friendly, positive and have professional telephone manners
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are skilled when it comes to solving problems and resolving disputes
