I have very narrow and long feet for which I normally wear orthotics but with summer sandals such as the "Ele" that is not possible. I normally take an EU 41 but this size in the Ele was very long. I went down to EU 40 which still showed too much length left. Third time lucky, I returned the EU 40 and requested an exchange for an EU 39. Success! The gold buckles look really good. A sincere thank you to EOS Melbourne for their patience with me in exchanging sizes, their excellent communication and they're nice enough to foot the bill for the postage both ways. You just cannot go wrong with EOS Melbourne.
