• Items are to be unworn and in original condition. We recommend that you try the shoes on carpet to retain the condition of the sole. We will not accept shoes returned with any sole markings or scratches. The item will be returned to you if it is not in acceptable condition.
• Shoes and their box must be in original packaging and protected. If the box is returned with tape, writing, or a return label on it, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit/refund or invoiced for exchanges. Customers have 3 business days to pay the invoice; if unpaid, the exchange will be voided and a store credit issued.
• Postage charges are non-refundable.
• Once we receive your return, the item will be quality assessed. If successful your Refund, Exchange Request, or Credit Note will be issued.

• Please use the provided return label when sending your order back to be processed as a return. If you experience any issues or delays greater than one business day in receiving the return label please contact our customer care team. If customers choose to send the return with their own return label, EOS take no responsibility in transit delays, returns sent to the incorrect address, international return label fees or lost returns. Customers who choose to use their own return label, will not be provided compensation for the label fees.
• Proof of purchase is required with your return. Please place your packing slip, order number or name clearly in the shoes, so our staff can process the return to the right customer. Any returns without EOS order numbers cannot be processed or may incur a delay in processing.

STOCKIST CUSTOMERS

Customers who have purchased their shoes from an EOS stockist, need to return the shoes to the store they purchased them from. Please contact the store with your proof of purchase (receipt or order invoice) and the store will assist you. Stockists cannot accept online orders for a return (for example an exchange or refund) as they are independent to our online store. Customers who have completed their purchase through other online retailers e.g. The DOM or the ICONIC, need to contact the online retailer.

Refunds and store credits will incur a $13 return postage fee (Australia) $15 (New Zealand) that will be deducted. Postage charges on returns are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, the item will be quality assessed. If successful your Refund, Exchange Request, or Credit Note will be issued.

• All customers are eligible for ONE FREE exchange made within 14 days of purchase.
• Exchanges can only be made for the same style in a different size or color. Once your exchange request is approved, the new item will be held for you. After we receive and approve the returned item, we will ship the exchange item to you at no extra postage cost.
• Our 15% first purchase discount offer is valid for the first purchase. The code will not be reinstated if a customer decides to return their first order.

MULTIPLE EXCHANGES

EOS allows one exchange for a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange for a different style, or if the requested size or colour is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved by quality control your store credit will be issued, customers will receive an email with a code to use at checkout on the next order.

Refund

Once your return is received and approved by quality control your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed via your original payment method.

We have but one obsession: to provide you with the most immaculate pair of shoes! If you find a slight defect despite our quality checks, please reach out to our Customer Service at care@eosfootwear.com.

Make sure to include a picture of the item and the defect, as this will help us assist you quickly. Please wait for our response before sending your item back.
